In [month], CETEM hosted the third transnational meeting of the European MASTERY project at its facilities, bringing together representatives from partner organisations in Italy, Bulgaria, Finland, Belgium and Spain.
During the working sessions, participants reviewed the progress achieved within the project, which focuses on improving skills accreditation systems across Europe and developing new sustainability-related competences for sectors such as wood and furniture, construction, agriculture, manufacturing and sustainability management. Among the main outcomes presented were twelve specialised learning pathways designed to address the emerging professional needs resulting from the green transition.
The consortium also presented a set of recommendations and guidelines aimed at facilitating the integration and recognition of these training models within the European Vocational Education and Training (VET) system, supporting their future implementation across different industrial sectors.
The meeting provided an opportunity for project partners to exchange experiences, discuss the next stages of work and showcase the tools developed to enhance the skills of workers and companies in response to the challenges of sustainability and digital transformation.
