CNC Programming Course

In October, CETEM completed the training course CNC Programming for Furniture Manufacturing and Carpentry Industries, aimed at unemployed individuals with the objective of improving their professional qualifications and enhancing their employability.

Throughout the course, participants acquired the skills required to program Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinery used in the manufacture of wood-based products and components. They also developed their knowledge of computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) tools for machining processes and gained an understanding of the main production processes used in the furniture and carpentry industries.

With a total duration of 90 hours and the participation of 12 trainees, this training initiative reflects CETEM’s commitment to developing highly qualified professionals equipped to meet the digitalisation and automation challenges of the sector.
